Acceptance
By creating an account or using Vitaeo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Vitaeo for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract under the law applicable to you. Keep your authentication credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans provide the credits and features shown at checkout. Creem acts as merchant of record and handles payment details, tax where applicable, receipts, and subscription management. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Paid amounts are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable advance notice of material price changes.
AI Services
Vitaeo provides AI-assisted resume analysis and drafting. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing facts, checking formatting, and ensuring that your resume and applications are truthful. Vitaeo does not provide legal, immigration, employment-selection, or professional career advice.
User Content
You keep ownership of resumes, job information, and other content you submit. You grant Vitaeo and its service providers a limited, worldwide license to host, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested services. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable Use
Use Vitaeo only for lawful purposes. Do not attack or overload the service, bypass usage limits or access controls, scrape or reverse-engineer our systems, submit malware, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the service to create materially deceptive documents or unlawful content.
Availability and Service Changes
We aim to keep Vitaeo available but may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons. We may update features, quotas, and provider models as the product evolves, while honoring the material terms of a plan you already purchased.
Termination
You may stop using Vitaeo and delete your account at any time from Settings. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it from Billing before deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, repeated violations, security risk, or legal obligation. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. No offer or marketing content creates a guarantee of interviews, jobs, or career outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitaeo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profits damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Disputes and General Terms
Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by the law of the operator’s principal place of business, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts at that place have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. We may update these Terms and will post a new effective date for material changes.
